WARRANTY AND RETURNS 

Application for the return of faulty items or any other return can be filled in through your personal account. 

The request for refund (or refusal) is processed within 3-7 (three-seven) business days, depending on its complexity and the completeness of the data provided by the client. After processing the request, the manager sets the status “Refund is possible” or “Refund is not possible”. Goods that were sent for refund without agreement with the return department and without the status “Return is possible” will not be accepted, and will be sent back at the client’s expense.
Consideration period of the refund applications of all the types does not exceed 5 (five) working days, except for the faulty items - up to 10 (ten) working days (in case of necessity to carry out the expertise, the period can be increased up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of the decision to carry it out).

Return of faulty item:

Return is possible only if you provide the necessary information in the application.

1. Defect

The product has a structural discrepancy or failed the warranty period.
Terms and requirements for the refund application are determined by the conditions of the NZSNAB guarantee.

2. Non-standard item

The product has mechanical damage of the packaging and/or its contents.
It is necessary to indicate the following information of the damage of the goods in the application:

  • Description of the damage and its consequences;
  • Where and under what circumstances;
  • Full package photo;
  • Photo of the factory markings on the package;
  • Photo of the package damage and/or its contents.

 The deadline for submitting an application must not exceed 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

3. Defective Set of Items

3.1. Incomplete Set
Error in factory packing of received product (included items do not correspond the manufacturer's specification) - one or more components of the set are missing.
It is necessary to indicate the following information about the items that are not in the factory packing:

  • Description of the missing item in the set;
  • Full package photo;
  • Photo of the factory markings on the package;
  • Photo of the package contents.

The application deadline must not exceed 14 (fourteeen) calendar days from the date of shipment.

3.2. The attachment is not correct.

Error in factory packing of received product (included items do not correspond the manufacturer's specification) - one or more components of the set are not indicated.
It is necessary to indicate information about the items that do not correspond the factory’s specification in the application:

  • Description of the noncorresponding item of the set;
  • Full package photo;
  • Photo of the factory markings on the package;
  • Photo of the package contents.

Return of quality goods

Return is possible only if product is in good condition, including the package and its contents:

  • Absence of traces of installation and operation;
  • The integrity and completeness of the package is not violated;
  • Safety of seals and factory markings.

1. Violation of the assortment of transferred goods, surplus.

1.1. Non-allocation.
One or more of the goods specified in the shipping documents is missing, or the actual quantity of the received goods is less than indicated in the shipping documents.
The deadline for submitting an application must not exceed 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

1.2. Re-rank.

You have received an item that does not correspond to the name of the manufacturer and/or the article specified in the shipping documents, or more items than it was indicated in the shipping documents.
The deadline for submitting an application must not exceed 3 (three) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. Return of quality goods as agreed by the parties.

The received goods were not needed.
The application deadline must not exceed 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of shipment.

Non-refundable:

  • Automotive lamps;
  • Oils and other liquids;
  • Goods purchased from remote (additional, partner’s) warehouses;
  • Discounted goods.

The list of analogues and substitutes on the company's website is only a reference and cannot be cited as a reason for returning goods resulting in erroneous selection. We recommend consulting the manufacturer’s catalogue to make the correct selection of spare parts.
